Turinlanga is an AIC certified artisan gastronomy which aims to offer Langhe cuisine and more, in a modern key without gluten and lactose. The prepared dishes are composed of high quality Piedmontese raw materials certified gluten free and controlled according to HACCP standards to give maximum safety to the customer.
In our laboratory we specialize in the production of fresh and filled gluten-free pasta, from the classic tagliatelle , to short pasta to get to the gluten-free vegan agnolotto. Without missing pizzas and focaccias.

Our goal is to create a healthy reality, with handcrafted and quality products. Giving a service where even today there are few realities for people with celiac disease.
In our restaurant we have the possibility to offer an indirect administration, to be able to let you taste our specialties on site. In addition to the classic take-away option, we rely on Deliveroo and Uber eats to be able to provide you with a gluten-free home delivery service, thanks to our heat-sealed trays which exclude possible contamination.
